All Studio Sparkle bespoke fine art prints are made on the highest quality Hahnemühle German Etching Rag & Hand-Embellished with German Glass Glitter.

Studio Sparkle offers five (5) sizing options for your Personalised Prints.

Does the Sparkle only work if the photos are taken professionally?
Not at all, we believe our Sparkle Dust looks beautiful on many different types of pictures.
Some of our favourites so far have been action shots taken on iPhones!

Which picture should I choose?
We advise memories & photographs which have either full or half body (including clothing) showing & not close-up selfies.
We also have a personal preference to light or white clothing options, as we believe our signature Sparkle Dust is best showcased. But the choice is, of course, completely yours!

Does the photo need to include people in it?
While these types of photos are the majority of our work, having people in your photo is not a necessary requirement.
We also add our Sparkle Dust to pictures of pets, landmarks, vehicles, houses etc.

Does my photo need to be in black & white?
No, it does not. We can take care of that!
When ordering, you can choose whether you’d like your Sparkle Print to be made in colour or black & white.
We can edit the photos to black & white for you, if you choose this option.
How long from ordering will I receive my Sparkle Print?
Studio Sparkle strives to have all prints made & shipped within 7-10 days of ordering.
Gift cards will be sent physically (not digitally) within 2 days of purchase.
We ship using Australia Post, both Standard and Express options.
Please note: Once your order has left our Studio within the aforementioned time-frames and is with Australia Post, it is then out of our hands.
Tracking numbers will be included with your order details.
We have no control over shipping schedules or delays.
Can I add a message if the Sparkle Print is a gift?
Yes, you can!
When buying your gift, there will be an option to “Order Special Instructions” when you view your cart.
Please don’t skip straight to checkout or you will miss it.
Please write a small personalised message in this box & we will include a handwritten note with delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! If your home country is not listed at checkout, please contact us (info@studiosparkle.com.au) & we can arrange delivery.
Do you accept refunds?
As our pieces are bespoke & custom-made for each client, we do not accept refunds.
What if my Sparkle Print is lost or damaged?
If for any reason your print is lost or damaged, Studio Sparkle will ensure a new Sparkle Print is sent to you as soon as possible.
In the case of a lost or damaged print, please email info@studiosparkle.com.au
Should I place my Sparkle Print in a frame?
Due to the delicate nature of our Sparkle Dust, we do recommend placing your special pieces inside a glass panel frame to protect them from damage.
The frame will not dull the Sparkle.
Will your Sparkle Dust show up on darker clothing options?
Absolutely.
While we have a personal preference for lighter clothing options, there are no rules in regards to which photos to choose or the clothes you have to wear!
(although we do recommend avoiding selfies without visible clothing, for obvious reasons)
Can I choose where the Sparkle Dust is placed?
Sparkle placement is at the discretion of the Artist, unless specified during the ordering process.
If you wish to have specific areas of your Sparkle Print covered in our Dust, please notify us via email after placing your order.
